Do you have minimum guest counts?
During prime wedding months- May, June, September & October we do require a minimum of 150 adult guests for a Saturday reception
During non-prime months we require a minimum of 125 adult guests for a Saturday reception
Do you offer discounts?
5 % Discount off of the food total for weddings held on Fridays or Sundays
What additional fees are involved if any?
Courtyard fee for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour is
$400.00
Outdoor chair rental (white garden chair) fee is $3.50 per chair. This includes set-up and break down.
Inside Ceremony Fee is $350.00. This includes the chair and set-up breakdown fee.
Bartender Fees for cash bars: $50.00/first hour and $25.00 every hour there after.
Reception start times are flexible- It is a 5 hour period
Any additional hour will be billed at $250.00 per hour.
Bar packages are for 4 hours
Chair covers, if not included in our package pricing are $6.00 per cover.
We can provide gold chivari wedding chair with white cushion at $5.00 a chair
Do you have dollar minimums? No, however you are required to pick a food package and a beverage package
Can we reserve overnight rooms for our guests? Yes, depending on availability. Please contact the Historic Strasburg Inn at 717-687-7691
Can we use an outside caterer? No, we are a full service restaurant that provides that service to you.
Can we recommend vendors, (florist, photographers, music and bakeries)? Yes, we can provide you with a list of vendors that we commonly use.
How many people can we accommodate?
Up to 300 for a Plated Meal
And 275 for a Buffet or Stations
