What additional fees are involved if any?

 

Wedding lounge is our newest feature here at the Fireside!

A spacious area with lovely furnishings for you to relax and freshen up in with your wedding party prior to the reception.  Enjoy your cocktails and hors‘d oeuvres and have a private moment before your grand entrance

$300.00

                                          Courtyard fee for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour is 400.00

Outdoor Chair rental (White Garden Chairs) fee is 3.50 per chair.  This includes set up and break down.

 

Inside Wedding Ceremony is 350.00 this includes Chair and setup breakdown fee.

 

Bartender Fees for cash bars: $50.00/first hour and $25.00 every hour there after.

 

We can provide gold chivari wedding chair with white cushion at $5.00 a chair

 

Can we reserve overnight rooms for our guests?  Yes, depending on availability.

Can we use an outside caterer?  No, we are a full service Inn that provides that service to you.

 

Can we recommend vendors, (florist, photographers, music and bakeries)?  Yes, we can provide you with a list of vendors that we commonly use.

 

How many people can we accommodate?

The Grand Ballroom Holds Up to 300 for a Plated Meal

And 275 for a Buffet or Stations

 

Do you have Private Dining Rooms?

The Lancaster and Fulton Rooms located on the Second Floor are available for Private Parties

The Fulton Room is available for groups of 20-30 people

The Lancaster Room is available for groups of 20-65
