Welcome to David & Steve's Fireside Tavern.   David Haines and Steve Kirkessner, along with our spouses Sandy and Stephanie, would like to welcome you to our newest venture.

We have been a part of Lancaster and the restaurant business for the past 30 years. Many of you may remember the D&S Brasserie, Harmony Inn or Distinctive Affairs Catering and we are looking forward to bring our experience to the Fireside Tavern.

At The Fireside, we have combined the best from all of our previous menus and added some exciting new items. We offer a cozy tavern, several casual dining areas and banquet facilities. We hope you'll join us soon for a night out or a special occasion.

Every room in the Fireside Tavern provides views of beautiful, Lancaster County farmland. Only moments from Rte. 30 and downtown Lancaster, our location makes you feel like you are far from busy streets and highways.

As soon as you walk in the main doors you know you’re in for a special evening. Our bar features unique hand painted wooden signs, a cozy fireplace and high-top tables for dining. Our dinning rooms feature artwork, peaceful country views, and on cool evenings, a roaring fire. Whether you are looking for casual dining while watching your favorite sports team on TV, or a quiet dinner for two, or a comfortable night out with you family, we have the perfect table available to meet your needs.

Our menu includes our famous tomato bisque, tender steaks, lump crab cakes, pasta and juicy burgers with hand cut fries. We smoke our own salmon and other meats and they are featured in several menu items. On week-ends, we offer hand cut prime rib of beef and other chef specials.
